About Me.

I am a Service/UX Designer with an adjacent career in understanding client needs while bringing simplicity and clarity to customer experiences across a variety of industries and clients.

At my core I thrive working across complex teams, relying on my well developed stakeholder and cross collaboration skills to lead customer focused direction and solutions.  For numerous clients I have been at the cold face for synthesising feedback and facilitating strategic discussions in a deadline driven environment.

Historically, I have worked in the CX heavy world of Bid Management for top tier consultancy firms across a range of design and technical disciplines. In this environment it has been my primary role to understand what customers want, need and genuinely ask for, and ensure our business offering matches expectations across all elements of a competitive proposal. I am the voice in the room asking if what we deliver is what the customer has asked for. 

 

In a world of endless choice for both customer and business needs, I believe that good Service Design achieves better outcomes for all stakeholders and delivers long term, unique value for customers.
